Warwickshire County Council hereby closes Napton Holt Road, Napton on the Hill to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install boundary box and water meter.
Order Effective from: 30 April 2025 for up to 18 months or until works are completed, whichever is sooner.
Anticipated Completion Date: 1 May 2025
Access & Diversion: An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Napton Holt Road, Thorntons Lane, Chapel Green Road, New Street, Dog Lane, Priors Marston Road, Shuckburgh Road, The Holloway, Southam Road, Welsh Road, Welsh Road East, Holt Road and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible.

Warwickshire County Council hereby closes Unnamed Road between Napton Sports Field & Dog Lane, Napton on the Hill to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable the repair of unstable verge and fencing.
Order Effective from: 14 April 2025, 24hrs a day.
Anticipated Completion Date: 17 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Butt Hill, Vicarage Road, Hackwell Street, High Street, Dog Lane and vice versa.

Order Effective from: 26 February 2025 for a period of up to 5 days or until works are completed, whichever is sooner.

EMERGENCY CLOSURE OF STOCKTON ROAD, NAPTON ON THE HILL
Warwickshire County Council hereby closes Stockton Road, Napton on the Hill to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To avoid the likelihood of danger to the public while emergency repairs are carried out to the Oxford Canal bridge.
Order Effective from: 3 February 2025 for a period of up to 21 days or until remedial works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
Anticipated Completion Date: 14 February 2025.
Access & Diversion: An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Butt Hill, Southam Road, Daventry Road, Southam Bypass, Coventry Road, Napton Road, High Street, Stockton Road and vice versa. Pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of the highway to be closed, if any, will be maintained at all times. Vehicle access will be maintained where possible.

MOWING CONTRACT TENDER
The Parish Council is inviting tenders for the mowing of the grassed areas in the village for the next 3 seasons.
