EMERGENCY CLOSURE OF STOCKTON ROAD, NAPTON ON THE HILL
Warwickshire County Council hereby closes Stockton Road, Napton on the Hill to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To avoid the likelihood of danger to the public while emergency repairs are carried out to the Oxford Canal bridge.
Order Effective from: 3 February 2025 for a period of up to 21 days or until remedial works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
Anticipated Completion Date: 14 February 2025.
Access & Diversion: An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Butt Hill, Southam Road, Daventry Road, Southam Bypass, Coventry Road, Napton Road, High Street, Stockton Road and vice versa. Pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of the highway to be closed, if any, will be maintained at all times. Vehicle access will be maintained where possible.
